BOARD MEETING

MISSION PALO ALTO HOMEOWNERS SCHEDULED FOR

WED. JUNE 9, 2004

at 7:00PM AT 151 Mission Drive

               

 

Dear Homeowners:

We would like to take this opportunity to introduce ourselves as your newly elected board members and invite you to the first meeting to be held on Wednesday, June 9, 2004.  Meeting location is 151 Mission Dr.

 

Our goals and interest are to improve our living environment and to encourage you to become an active partner in our community.  We trust that everyone has an interest in improving the quality of life in the Mission Palo Alto.

 

In closing, we were all so pleased with the large attendance at our annual meeting; it would be great to see this level of participation continue.  Thanks for the support that you have shown thus far, and we’ll see you on June 9th.

SOCIAL EVENT

The board appointed a committee to plan a social event July 4th.  Jennifer Rich is committee chair.  If you wish to assist please contact management or Jennifer. 

 

GATE BEEPERS AVAILABLE - For sale at $35.00 each, cash or check made out to Mission Palo Alto HOA is needed.  Call Deborah Sell, Property Manager at (408)446-1600.

 

GATE REGISTRY - is updated by Phoenix Resource Management.  Please contact Deborah at (408)446-1600 between 9am and 5pm regarding needed name and phone changes.

 

POOL KEYS

If you need a new pool key, or have lost your key, the replacement cost is $15.00.  You can mail a check/money order for $15.00 to management and the key will be mailed back to you.  Please make sure you note

your unit address when you sent in the payment for a pool key.  Tenants need to contact the owner of the unit and the owner can send a request in writing to purchase the pool key.  The key will be returned to the owner who has the obligation to turn over to the tenant.
