Survey: Rents and Home Values Higher: "Rent payments and home values have increased over the past five years and a greater percentage of the population has graduated from high school, the Census Bureau reported Tuesday. Commuting time to jobs hasn't changed much, and neither has the number of rooms in those homes.
Those facts were among the highlights of the bureau's American Community Survey for 2004, which looked at key demographic, economic, housing and social data for the country and how they have changed since 2000."
