Housing party not over yet: "My last two columns laid out reasons why the housing market might be in a bubble, and why it might not be. Today, I'll give you my humble opinion. Then it's on to other topics.
To be honest, I don't know where housing prices are headed. If I did, I'd sell my home and rent, or try to buy another house. I'm doing neither, although I've daydreamed about both."
