Web mail

HOA members who have signed up for free missionpaloalto.org email addresses may use the Web mail client to access your email from any Internet-connected computer. A tutorial--with screenshots--detailing configuration information for popular local email clients (e.g. Outlook Express) will be available shortly.
I've added a link to the Web mail client on the sidebar.

Proxy packets for annual meeting

All HOA members should have now received their information packets for the annual meeting. This packet contains:
  1. Proxy voting form
  2. Annual Meeting notice
  3. Board of Directors candidacy information
  4. Annual Meeting agenda
  5. minutes from last year's Annual Meeting
  6. Tax Election information
  7. Board of Directors nomination application
If you did not receive your packet, please contact Deborah at Phoenix Resource Management.

The MPA HOA Annual Meeting is scheduled for May 12, 2004 at 6:30 PM. The meeting will be held at the pool patio. Please bring a chair if you plan to attend.

Email contact form

A new email form is now available. You can use this to send messages to any or all Board members as well as property management. Note that the recipients may not be checking their missionpaloalto.org accounts just yet, so don't send anything urgent this way until I update further.

The number for Bel-Carlos Patrol is 650-595-0433. Call them for any non-emergency issues, such as illegally-parked or non-resident cars on property, tresspassers, unsafe conditions, etc. For emergencies, of course, call 911.
